Can't Log In

I am unable to Log In to my DXO account on line. I tried changing my Password, but that did not help.
I have contacted Customer Support. They acknowledged receiving my submission. However, they have not responded to my issue. Any suggestions?

Hi - what do you mean by not being able to log in? What, exactly, is happening? Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried disabling any security plug-ins in the browser to see if that helps? Clearing cookies and cache?
