Can't install Pure Raw on my new computer........???

I have a new faster computer because my old one was way too slow. But now I can’t install dxo pure raw 3 as it seems like I did too many downloads.

My old computer crashed several times so I had to reinstall Windows several times so maybe that’s the reason. Now I would like to be able to install it on the new one.

Got help from the DXO help center to get my product key to work, but still the same problem. Get a message if I installed it too many times. Now there is also a message that my trial period has expired. Although I have bought the program.

Someone who knows what to do.

Hello and welcome.

Upon first install of any of DxOs apps they will begin in demo/trial mode until a license key has been entered.
That key allows for a license file to be written to your computer.

If you have done an install, entered the key and been able to run it in an activated mode - and yet it returns to trial mode and asks you about the key to activate it again - it sounds more like a permissions problem in your system.

Do you run the install as admin and use the application as user or all admin through out?
