I try to install Dxo 5.3 from 5.2.0 on W11 (24H2 version) and it’s not working, the installer process is looking for the file : ‘WiXInstaller_pureraw5.2.0.7.msi’.
The error message below :
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package ‘WiXInstaller_pureraw5.2.0.7.msi’ in the box below.

go to dxo website and download from your account, not from the program itself. this way you have less chance of crash or install problem.
Thank you. I just tried and same error.
I also tried to uninstall my current version and I understood that the error occure during the uninstallation step of the old version.
Ok I think I manually eleted the file before.
Now the v5.3.0 is installed after a complete desinstallation of 5.2.0 with a specific software.
all the best with v5.3, most of us have issues with the preview slider not working.
What did you use to fix this? I’m having the same issue.
Contact support, if you do a system cleanup that file gets removed
And you can’t uninstall or upgrade
