Cannot open PureRaw5

I cannot open the PureRaw5. Even I uninstalled and installed again. Once I open the PureRaw5 . A warning window pop up “There seems to be a problem. We couldn’t process the requested action in DxO PureRaw5. Please verify your access rights to this folder to continue.”

Is there anyone can suggest how to fix it?
