Cannot get BxU values for XY position, Canon R7 & Sigma 300mm 2.8

Hello I’m new to DXO lab, I cannot get BxU values for XY position, on Canon R7 with a Sigma 300mm 2.8 APO DG HSM.
Can’t see the combination for profiles, any work arounds?

That’s PL message: Cannot get BxU value for XY position.

There are some topics about it, see e.g. Bug with Optics Module 1DX + Canon EF200mm f2L IS USM - #2 by Marie . PL might get confused with some lens metadata, or unsupported teleconverter is used, or if there is a “bug” in camera/lens profile.
