It’s been for three days now that i cant download the trial of Photolab for Windows. It’s not possible to download anything to be honest, tryed all the products.
Is there something wrong with the website? After inserting my email i always get this error
“SQLSTATE[22001]: String data, right truncated: 1406 Data too long for column ‘ip’ at row 1”
Is there a direct link that i can use? Thank you.
Yes, that is a website problem. Do you have a very long e-mail address? You can address this with DxO by submitting a support request at support.dxo.com. Please tell them exactly what you’re trying to do, step by step, so that they can see what the website is having trouble with.
I have a regular email that worked before on the website. I’ve tried several emails, even those “Temporary” emails and nothing works. I mean, i guess absolutely no one can download anything right now on the trial sections … Don’t they know already?

hi. No, not anything related to a VPN.
But you gave me an idea. I’ve just connect through a VPN from a random place (belgium) and i was successful.
I don’t know what is going on with theyr site. But i contacted support anyway. Thank you
