Can I add/subtract to a mask in Nik9?

I think the answer’s “no” but in case I misunderstood …

Can I add to or subtract from a mask I make in Nik Collection 9 ? E.g. if I select a luminosity range, and it includes the sky and a waterfall, can I get rid of the sky part to leave the waterfall, eg by brushing it away? I believe this is possible in PL, but I can’t see any way to do it in Nik.

(If it’s not possible it greatly reduces the value of the new Nik masking functions. I may as well save my money and continue to create masks in Photoshop).

I am testing a trial of this new release and I do not see that as an option which will definitely negate any thoughts of me purchasing the “upgrade”. I have also found the “object selection” to be very clunky and unreliable. Looks like a product release before it was ready . I will be skipping for now. Maybe they will add these features later
