When I change the parameters (for example, exposure) changes the picture preview so that it becomes blurred. Is it so conceived?
Hello @genn and welcome to the forum,
Yep, for Light@Color sliders it’s expected to have such preview while you are dragging the slider, but as soon as you release it → the preview processing gets completed displaying the good image.

A often heard complaint from people evaluating PhotoLab for the first time is that the Preview generation creates blurry previews, while development settings are changed with the sliders in the “Customize” area.
