Found issues of Nik 6 on macOS Ventura 13.5.2 on M1 MacBook Air 2020

Processed a bunch of images that I sent from PhotoLab to Nik 6 Silver… and found that, after completing all images, SFX did not stop and showed the beach ball until I force-quit SFX. I repeated the test with Viveza, which behaved in the very same manner.

PhotoLab would not update thumbnails, unless they were selected. See screen captures below
Viveza test:
Green arrows: Thumbnails as expected (orig. file at right shown too)
Red arrows: Thumbnails after Viveza did not update
