I’m trying to do some batch processing with Filmpack 7, but the Digital Films are missing somehow.
Any idea how I can resolve this?

Indeed, this looks like a bug!
The workaround is to make a custom preset from the chosen rendering (digital film), then save it.
Then it should appear in the drop-down list as Custom preset.
On your screenshot, there is no Custom preset line, but maybe that’s because you haven’t created one yet?
