Will there be a photolab on android any time soon? It would be amazing to have the ability to put my photos on my S24 Ultra and do some quick edits. Phones are nowhere near as powerful as a PC but I know lightroom did an alright job with allowing quickedits on the phone to share.
This is a user site, but I think most of the regulars here would agree that DxO has never shown any interest in porting PhotoLab to any other operating systems other than MacOS and Windows.
While anything is possible, it is highly unlikely that they will make an abridged version of Photolab compatible with any smartphone operating system.

Thanks for your response. Well it is just for convenience but I find on my ryzen 5900x, evga 3080, and 64 gigs of ram on a very fast nvme allows photolab 8.5 to shine…its an amazing program and its denoise is without contest THE best in the industry. It would be nice to have it on my phone too
Having a lightweight version available on iOS or Android would certainly be convenient for basic editing prior to returning home, but unfortunately it’s not going to happen in any reasonable time frame, if at all.

Feature requests previously created and still open for voting/comments:
Have you ever tried Google Snapseed ?
It can process RAW files and has some of the same technology as DxO Nik collection ( nowhere near as complete )
Some Nik Software features, particularly the intuitive and powerful U Point selective adjustment technology, is still present in Snapseed. So, while Snapseed doesn’t explicitly use “DxO technology” in its current form, it inherited some of the excellent image manipulation concepts that were part of the broader Nik Software ecosystem, which DxO now owns and continues to develop through the Nik Collection.
I would rather have they further improve Photolab, e.g. with AI selections rather than waste effort on an Android version. Besides, it’ll be hard to achieve given Photolab works locally with its database stored in your PC and its changes in .dop files next to the image.
