Frequently, searching throws up far too many results to be useful (or displayable, since there seems to be a hard coded limit of 1000 results).
Image searching should have an option to limit the search to a subset of images. This could be by allowing the search results to be constrained to images that are contained within a root folder, a project, or a project group.
I am new to DXO, coming from other applications, and have been diving into using the Photo Library and I am shocked that while browsing within a folder, I can’t filter metadata within that folder.
There’s a whole ton of filter options right on the browser title bar but not the indexed metadata? Even a search field to the right of the folder and folder title would be helpful.
