Ai masking tool location

Currently the Ai tool bar on my copy of PhotoLab 9 is at the top left of the image i. The Customize screen.

How can I move it to have it below the image.

I think you can’t move it, if you saw it at the bottom it was a Mac version, it’s a difference between Win and Mac.
