After updating to DXO 5.4.0, processing time has become very slow, and a batch stops after processing about 20 photos. Can I easily revert to the previous version 5.3.1 without any activation issues?
Welcome to the forum @Henny
If you still got the installer, you can uninstall PureRAW 5.4 and re-install 5.3.
Maybe you have a backup that you could restore?
Thank you for the answer,
Yes, I have a backup version 5.3.1.
I keep all my backups.
Will I have any problems with the activation?
I recently installed a new SSD and couldn’t activate it without submitting a support request.
@Henny , check your DxO shop account. There should be an entry that allows access to your activations. Look for it in the list of services at the left side.

I think it’s a Windows 11 issue.
I’ve tried several older DXO 5 versions, and they all remain very slow.
I’ve now temporarily switched back to DXO 4.12.0, and it’s working like new again.
I was just about to say do you have a backup its nice to see you do
I have started keeping backups in windows and Mac format from 5.3.0
Speculation: Since PhotoLab 9 has issues on Windows 11 with Nvidia drivers, perhaps the similar slowness of PureRAW might be related (shared code)? In that case, the same workaround to use old drivers may help I cannot go back to older drivers due to other issues (Nvidia fixed some critical bugs in the more recent ones), but your situation may be different.
