Activation failed!

I can’t activate my third device!
After deinstalling on the previous third device (win10) i tried on the new one (Mac).
Contacting DXO before one week (!) with this problem.
Became the standard automised answer…
But nothing changed until now.
Why is it not possible to deactivate the seats by oneself?!
Normaly it’s possible in Adobe or Luminar and so on.
Perfect software but horrible activation/de-activation.
