Heyy guys, I was using photolab for the first time and I wanted to export a photo I edited, I didn’t know that my whole folder was selected tho and clicked export. Every photograph from that folder, got exported into my edited folder with the same changes that i made on that one picture. That’s not my problem tho, every raw picture from the original folder is now a dxo file. I would highly prefer the pictures to be in the original file “style” since now to open thje photo I have to open it trough photolab. Is there any way I can fix this?
No, all the RAW files in your original folder will still be there, untouched. What PhotoLab does is write all the edits you make to a ‘sidecar’ file that has the extension .dop
With PL closed:

Create a new folder and move just the original RAW files into that folder, leave all the .dop files behind.

Delete the now redundant original folder.
Now open PL and in the PhotoLibrary tab, browse to the new folder where you moved the RAW files. PL will see these files as ‘new’ images and the edits you previously accidentality applied to them will not be reapplied.

it is tho, in files the icon isn’t the image anymore, it’s the dxo icon. And when i try to open the image, it immediatly opens in dxo lab
That’s just a file type association that the OS or file browser recognizes. The RAW files’ filename extension is mapped to PhotoLab so that PhotoLab is the default application used to open those files. That behavior can be changed in the OS - but certain applications might try to override it.
