In LR there is functionality which enables users to group images into a little cluster. One image can be marked as the master. If you select a bunch of images in the image browser In an export it is, (I think), only the master which is exported. It would be helpful if this feature existed in both the library and the browser in customise mode. The use case is e.g. I work on a NEF and produce a jpeg - maybe 2 jpegs. They are, basically, all the same image, that is variants of it, and I want to keep them together to help me see that when I look at the whole set. if I export a set of images I want to be able to just export one of this group.
The grouping/stacking is controlled by the user. They can add or remove images to the group and change the order of images. (In LR when you click on a stack it opens them in a little panel where you can do these operations).
At the moment my workaround is to use colour tags. This helps me see at a glance that two or three images are associated with each other - but only works so long as I keep the same sort order. So it is very much a workaround.
This is the first feature I have found that I miss in PL having moved from LR. It would be great to have it in PL.
