6.3 wont run after installing

Hello new forum member, sorry to start with a question

After being nagged to update to 6.3 I downloaded but it wont run after installing & displays a message
" DXO Photolab 6 couldn’t be started, Please try to free up disk space or memory by closing other applications"
I have 60 GB of space on the SSD & 8GB ram

The previous version ran well. Ive reported it to DXO technical help but Ive heard nothing for 24 hours
Can anyone shed some light please?

@Ann K hello, this issue has been fixed in the new update 6.3.1 released today, please download it from your customer account
