I’ve just updated to the version 4.6.0. When adding multiple files (Sony ARW) via Add files to the lightbox it takes about 5 seconds to add each file. It seems as it is already doing some processing. This is completely useless, please fix it ASAP.
DxO staff rarely if ever read these forums so you need to contact support if you have identified a bug.

You can’t, DxO removes old versions when a new one comes out. You need to keep your own copies of each installer as they released and reinstall from them.
I finally found the issue, it requires specific settings to reproduce. When you set the Destination custom folder, process a file and the output folder contains a lot of (thousands) files, adding new files to the lightbox become slow. The more files the Destination folder contains, the slower adding new files to the lightbox is. It seems as it iteraters all the output files everytime a new input file is added to the lightbox.
You don’t even need ‘thousands’, selecting 140 CR3 files in a folder from a total of 300 images (CR3/DNG/HEIF) also takes a looooooong time.
I installed PR4 on a new laptop and wanted it to download all the lens profiles it needed, so I dragged in all RAW photos from this year. After 3 hours I killed PR4, it was still showing “adding images”.
Depending on the folder size, importing can now take longer than actually processing all the images in it!!
