Hello , I’m a user of DXO pureraw 2 & 3, this is a very good software, but I find that when using DXO Pureraw on Nikon z 400mm f4.5 photo, it can only remove noise but it could not sharpen the photo, even i choose sharpen to max option, it happen on PurePaw 2 & 3, even soft than original Raw photo, I test over 100+photo, all of them have this problem, when will PureRaw support Nikon Z 400mm F4.5?

You can check gear support on this page. If you can’t find your gear, it is unsupported, but it might be in a more or less near future.

Is it mean if the PureRaw does not support z 400mm f4.5, it can’t sharpening the photo?
Because, I am useing Nikon Z9 + z 400mm f4.5, this combination became the result is very soft after DXO PrueRaw， evea than the Original Raw, but when I use Z9 + 300mm f4 , after PureRaw result is excellent! FYI.
The Nikkor Z 400mm F4.5 VR S is planned to be added in September
