I am uneble to install PureRaw5 I keep getting a prompt:
There is a problem with Windows Installer Package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
My trial version was running fine, then I bought a license and activated it and the prompt asked me to upgrade after which it ran into an error. So I uninstalled from Windows program list and now I can’t get past this window.
