Trial version - can't connect to server

Hello,

I donwloaded the free 30-days trial. But after starting the program, I get the message that the program is unable to connect to the server. I tried to reinstall 2 times, but still no luck. Now I have only 28 days left…

according to the log: seems like api.mixpanel can’t be reached.

For technical support, go to support.dxo.com and submit a request. That said, you can try disabling your security software (antivirus, antimalware) to see if that might be interfering with DxO’s connection to the server. The log you shared indicates the problem is DNS related (couldn’t resolve the remote name api.mixpanel.com). You can try changing your DNS server to something like 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1. Also, are you using a VPN for Internet access?

Disabling antivirus didn’t work. Also not in combination with 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 for DNS. I don’t use a VPN
