My personal feeling is that the image needs a more definite subject and that the skyline is more of a distraction.
Also, I had to apply about 400 of unsharp mask to get anything like enough detail. More than likely due the old lens not communicating.
I used the mast and boom of the yacht to frame (rather than divide) the subject which, to my mind, was the interaction between the person on the yacht and the passing boat.
