Option to check/uncheck all tools for preset creation

Standard behaviour of preset creation is to always select all tools, which results in an absolute preset. Creating a partial preset can involve many clicks to uncheck tools, specially if only a few tools are wanted. Proposal: Add an option to check all or uncheck all for a better user experience.
