I was taking a look at the DxO page and saw that PL8 and VP5 has been launched. I would like to consult if DxO has also changed the upgrade policy for these two products by allowing access to special upgrade prices only for the owners of the latest version. I currently have PL7 + FP7 + VP4 and have usually skipped one version before upgrading.
In the question session at the site, the information indicates that only owners of the PL8 will have access to special upgrade prices at PL9 launch time. I couldn’t find information about the upgrade of ViewPoint.
Upgrade pricing can change, therefore it’s best that you check what DxO offers in your shop account when you have tested the new version and want to buy a license or upgrade license.

The upgrade policy for PL8 is as before, there’s a discount for users of PL6 and PL7.
The upgrade policy for VP5 is different, only users of VP4 get a discount.
As an aside, the upgrade policy of Filmpack is the same as that for Viewpoint.
