I didn’t know that. Makes sense. So once I start using the new Workspace, I won’t have any need to click on any of them, as everything I’m likely to need is already included in Joanna’s revised workspace.

That is correct, but assumes that the specific workspace that you will be using includes the tools for FilmPack 5 and Viewpoint 3. However, I’m guessing it probably does.
