PhotoLab on Tiny Windows 11?

Quick question: Is anyone running DxO PhotoLab / ViewPoint / FilmPack on one of the tiny-ized versions of Windows 11?

I’m (still) on Win 10, built a new PC to be fast enough (and with the right graphics card) to make PL v9 (and v8 for that matter) not painfully slow. I opted to install Win 10 Pro on it, mostly because of all the complaints I’ve seen regarding Microsoft siphoning data, trying to ‘agentify’ the OS.

So I can install Win 11 if I decide to, but I’ve been looking at something called a ‘tiny-ifier’* for Win 11 and would love to know if anyone else is running the ‘magic trio’ above on it, what problems you’ve run into.

Yes, Linux people I did try to get the trio working on Linux. I’m moderately technical (20 years writing software on multiple platforms) and found that a huge task, with a small likelihood of success.

And yes Apple people, I’m aware that Apple’s got some really nice hardware, including Apple silicon. I don’t hate Apple; I even worked with Steve Jobs for a bit. I’m just a bit allergic to ‘walled gardens’ .

So ‘tiny’ Windows 11. Anybody?

*A set of scripts to rip out a lot of ‘unnecessary’ modules from W11, but enables security updates. - built so people with PCs that don’t have the resources (mostly a TPM module on the motherboard) can install / use it - but it also gets rid of a lot of what I want to avoid in W11 (although I have to wonder how many of those complaints are about the ‘Home’ version which IMO has always been ‘crippleware’).

Watch and take in what this guy says. He’s been on Youtube for 6 years and knows more about Windows than anyone I have seen.
