Palettes missing from fx tab

Can anyone help me, please?

All but one of the palettes under the Fx tab have recently disappeared. The only remaining palette is “Instant Watermarking”. In particular, the “Creative Vignette” and “Frames” palettes, which I use quite often, have vanished.

My current DXO version is 9.11.0.

I have searched all likely places and cannot find these palettes.

Has anyone else experienced this?
