Overview of changes/additions to FP8?

I thought the upgrade price was good for two versions (i.e. FP7 to FP9). Is that not the case? Is there some time limit I’m unaware of?

The two versions is for PhotoLab not FilmPack.

I gave it a try and it wasn’t very good, sticking with Photoshop for now.
