'Neutral Colours' preset not available for images taken before 2020

I have discovered that for many images I prefer to ‘Neutral Colours’ preset to the’ DxO Natural’.

However, I am unable to choose 'Neutral Colours from the drop down list for any images I took before 2020.
For 2020 onwards, the dropdown looks like this:

But before then, it looks like this:

I have RAW files going back to 2011 and have the option to use ‘Neutral color’ on any of those images.

However, if I select the associated out-of-the-camera JPEG then ‘Neutral color’ is not available in the ‘Rendering’ drop-down’.

Thanks, I’ll double check that I’m not looking at JPGs in the older folders.
