Move to new machine -can't register Nik collection - server communication error

Moved my DXO software to new Mac.
Tried to register Nik 7 but get server communication error - any one know the magic spell to effect the registration ?

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. PL & FP and VP register OK.
I’ve got a ticket in but am impatient.

did you download the latest update of Nik from your dxo account? if you running sequoia 15ish you’ll need it or it won’t be compatible and might be the reason why you can’t run it.

Thanks for the response. Yes I did.
I got a prompt response from DXO support - if one uses the Apple migration tool to move over programs ,in the case of NIK 7, its necessary to delete the DXO licence from ~/Library/Application Support/DxO/Licenses. its then possible to reregister.
