It doesn’t make any difference what it may be similar to. It won’t be supported until they acquire and test a sample of the actual model. Did you ask for support in the camera lens database? If If not, that is where you need to make your request, not on this user site.

Bonjour @Marie, like many others, I’m quite desperate to finally see a module for the Fuji GF 500mm. How does this work, does DXO need to acquire one, rent it, or would it typically be provided as a courtesy by the manufacturer? Is the DxO lab in France?

The Viltrox AF 50mm 1.8 Sony E and the MeiKe AF 85mm 1.8 STM Sony E are still not supported. In fact there is not any MeiKe Glass supported. Any Reason for that?
Thank you @Marie . What does it mean in practice if a lens does not yet have a profile - will I be presented with potential options, or can I choose any profile from a list that I think would match? Or will I get no corrections whatsoever?
IIRC you will still be able to use DeepPRIME denoising if your camera is supported but no optical corrections whatsoever if your lens is not supported.
You’ll be able to manually dial in optical corrections for barrel and pincushion distortion and vignetting - you just won’t have access to predefined corrections created by DxO until they make a profile available that contains those.

When Canon authorized Sigma to port half a dozen of its APS-C lenses to the RF-S mount last summer, I pleaded with DxO to itself port its profiles for those lenses for the Canon M6 Mark II (EF-M mount) to the R7, seeing that the size and resolution of their sensors were the same. No dice. It took my contacting Sigma and persuading them to send samples of the lenses to DxO for testing before those profiles were created. I’ve now made a point of doing that whenever I get a new lens.
Shame you had to do the work, but well done.
Could you share the details of whom you contacted? I would try to do the same as this is also a Sigma lens.
Please, add the Nikon Noct 58mm f/0.95 Z in the next version.

@Marie In checking the Supported Cameras page just now, while the Sigma RF-S 10-18mm f/2.8 DC DN is still listed as “2025-09,” the Sigma RF-S 17-40mm f/1.8 DC Art, which had been listed the same way, is now not listed at all!!!
@Philnick - sorry to bother, but did you see my question above? Who at Sigma did you contact?
@HenrikW info@sigmaphoto.com - That’s the American affiliate. They have to contact Sigma France to get the lens to DxO.
@Marie Not much left of September. At least the Sigma RF-S 17-40 has reappeared on the list with the “2025-09” promise.
By the way, both Sigma’s 17-40 and its 10-18 are listed that way but only as JPG, promised for both PhotoLab and PureRAW, which is nonsensical. I’ve come to not trust the accuracy of that listing.
