It would be good to get them but there are extenders from other maks like Sigma that I don’t think have ever been done. Luckily when I was using a Sigma 150mm macro and extender I was able to use a canon one and PL allowed the module so I sold the Sigma one. But that’s a non starter on a Sony camera
Thanks for the update
Please check
Hasselblad X2DII raw doesn’t load modules
Dear Marie
I solved the problem by deleting all modules stored in my
app data dxolab pureraw module folder
after a restart now I can load all modules
Thanks and sorry
For those using the Sony 90mm macro lense it’s now correctly working for distance correction after this month. Support had been told it was going to done for March but my imiges are now not needing manual correction for focusing. I’ve told support as no.one else apeares to have done so!
Superb, thanks for confirming A7V is in Feb. Have a good day.
Any chance that the L-mount version of the Sigma 16-300mm 3.5-6.7 DC OS will also be supported in the near future?
An emphatic thanks to the whole DxO team for their continued efforts over the last year, and in particular to everyone involved in the creation of the correction module for the Pentax HD-DA Fisheye 10-17mm F3.5-4.5 ED. It is deeply appreciated and seems to be working like a charm! ![]()
Dear DXO Team,
I hope you are having a good week.
I am writing to kindly inquire about the roadmap for the next few weeks. Could you let me know approximately when the update scheduled for February is expected to be released?
Additionally, regarding the annual release of a “new” version of PureRaw in March, is there a specific launch date targeted yet?
Thank you in advance for the information ![]()
Dear DxO, Still waiting for the Noct Nikkor 58mm f/0.95 lens profile. And if I may, please add the new Sigma 135mm f/1.4 Art lens to your future support. Many Thanks.
Hello,
It is now mid-to-late February, and the Sony A7V, one of the best-selling cameras of the last three months, is still not supported. Unfortunately, the support team seems to have stopped responding to inquiries regarding this (and other) issues.
This software charges existing customers a significant upgrade fee for every “major” update, often with limited new features. This effectively amounts to an annual subscription fee if one wants to continue using the software with new profiles and features. Given that pricing model, it is frustrating that you have been unable to integrate profiles for current hardware for several months. (The Viltrox LAB 135mm for example is available since oct. 2024 !!)
Could you please provide a concrete date for when the A7V will be supported?
Thank you.
Support for the A7V is planned for February, with only a few days left to wait.
Thanks Frankyboy, but I asked the staff, not some random forum members. We already know these vague announcements. P.S.: Is it possible to block forum members here - just asking for a friend ![]()
Au contraire. These are public fora, which DxO rarely visit. Try not to be rude or condescending to folks who give freely of their time to make up for the absence of official support.
That is the tragedy of this thread. It is actually supposed to be a place for factual announcements and information about support for new lenses. This factual exchange has changed because, like many others, this thread is not actively moderated by DXO. Helping others to help themselves can therefore lead to unwanted irritation among other forum members – see also here. Such threads are usually closed to comments in order to guarantee their official character.
A second thread could take up the discussion for other camera/lens information. Whether DXO will actively participate in this one is still up in the air, however.
Software development still costs money. Folks have to go into a lab and create these lens and camera modules. Your version will continue to work the same way it has without any additional cost. New features and lens/camera modules made for new versions of the software incur development costs. DXO PureRaw 5 supports all of the gear that I own and need it to work with, so it’s nothing like a subscription for me. Now, if I expect new features and new lens/camera modules, then I should upgrade. If it costs them additional money, it makes sense that it should cost me additional money.
This isn’t like an iPhone where there are a ton of other bundled in services and additional revenue streams for Apple. DXO only makes money on software they sell. If they added new features and new modules to old version, DXO would not have the revenue needed to continue to exist.
You either get the Adobe model and have continual new features and updates for a subscription, or you have the DXO model of a piece of software staying exactly as good as the day your purchased it for one single price. DXO at least provides updates for as long as the version is the latest and then a modest upgrade fee.
DXO Labs has about 100 employees, Adobe has over 30,000. DXO has accomplished a massive amount for their size, but their employees still need to get paid, and their business model requires getting paid for new upgrades.

Thanks @Marie. That’s great news !
Hello,
Actually it seems the Sony A7V is not fully supported (at least not all of its RAW format). Are you aware of this ? I believe it would be good to have it as a priority giving how good the sell were.
If you mean mRAW and sRAW (medium/small resolution) they are not RAW files, despite what the marketing name is. We can argue that it should still be able to open them as RGB files like TIFF and linear DNG, but RAW files they are technically not.
Short story: Shoot full resolution if you want actual RAW (sensor data dump) files instead of RGB files.
