I have seen no sign if the older Sony cameras geing distance reading back. We were told befor end of last year now furst 3 months so maybe
I saw that MOST recent models do ( at least with some lenses ) … not my old and venerable A7R2 though
I got the a6700 and all my lenses do focus distance. For some odd reason with the a6400 no Sony do but BUT 2 tamron (11-20 & 17-70) do give the distance. Its mad as tamron licence Sony lenses protocols so the lense information should be the same as Sony lenes that still don’t in PL

Thank you for your support, dear Marie.
Please also think about the Irix 21mm/f 1.4 for Nikon. Thank you very much in advance for that too!
Could you please add Viltrox AF 20mm 2.8 for Z mount? It is super affordable and therefore will likely have many users, already including myself.
Still no Samyang AF 75mm F1.8 FE support in sight Seems I will have to sell it, despite really liking it. I made a quick count to at least 13 missing Samyang/Rokinon AF lenses for Sony FE.
How about the Sigma 60-600 for Sony FE? I’m interested in it but won’t consider buying it until DxO supports it.
Marie, has there been any progress with regard to support for the Leica Q2 Monochrom? It would be really helpful to know if there is any possible future where the Monochrom will be supported. I really love Photolab and don’t want to invest in any other RAW developer but I need to know if my camera is likely to be supported and a rough idea as to when…
Dear Marie,
please consider Sigma 14mm F1.4 DG DN A also in Sony E-Mount
Many thanks
I can confirm: The bug is removed. Thanks @Marie !

@Henninger We will test Megadap ETZ21 Pro and see if it fine to add modules for Sony E mount lenses on Nikon Z cameras.
@John7 you’ll get modules with reading of focus distance on Sony A6400 in March. And lenses newly supported gets it already.
@Harald4 Irix 21mm has been added to the roadmap, probably for April, May at the latest.
@provanguard Viltrox AF 20mm 2.8 for Z mount has been added to the roadmap, probably for April, May at the latest.
@Per sorry it takes time, we need some internal work to support Samyang AF 75mm F1.8 FE.
Sigma 60-600mm for Sony is in the roadmap, we will support it as soon as we get it in our Lab.
@AlanB sorry but for now, monochrom cameras are not in the roadmap. But I’ve made a request for that.
@maribe Sigma 14mm F1.4 DG DN A also in Sony E-Mount is in the roadmap but I still don’t have it in our Lab so I can’t provide a support date.
@Sandbo do you speak of Voigtländer 35mm F2 APO-Lanthar Asph ? Just need to be sure before adding it to the roadmap as there are many voigtlander 35mm
Regards,
Marie
Thank you very much, @Marie
Thanks for the reply and the continued effort,
The names are indeed a bit confusing, I am in particular referring to this one for Sony E-mount:
https://www.voigtlaender.de/lenses/e-mount/35-mm-12-0-apo-lanthar-aspherical/?lang=en
edited: somehow the link on Voigtlander’s page always wrongly pointed to the VM mount version; I was meaning to give the E-mount version page.
I thank you very much, would be very very helpful.
@Marie – Thank you for the update on Voigtlander lenses!
Speaking of Voigtlander, is there an ETA on the following lenses below? These are easily some of the most popular for Sony FE mount, all with full exif support. We’ve been waiting a long time!
- Voigtlander MACRO APO-LANTHAR 110mm F2.5 (Sony FE)
- Voigtlander NOKTON 40mm F1.2 Aspherical (Sony FE)
- Voigtlander MACRO APO-LANTHAR 65mm F2 Aspherical (Sony FE)
Thank you!
Hello @bluesky ,
thank you for pointing out these photo lenses. There’s a lot of Voigtlander to catch up on and it’s not easy in the middle of all the outings. I’m going to put these back together to support them this semester.
Marie

After installation of PL7.5.0 Build 176 (Windows) , I cannot deactivate the local masks (show masks) anymore. The hotkey M doesn’t work and the checkmark … is greyed out.
But the original function to see the mask selection is back when adjusting Chroma & Luma or moving the CP resp. the CL selector around – yet causing some delay.
