I’ve just had an update on my ticket for the issue of 6.5 crashing on start up. I’ve been sent a link to an intermediate fix that I’ve installed and have started running some RAW conversions with and it does seem to actually be working so far. The support engineer said they are still working on a more permanent fix, but have provided me this solution until the proper fix is in place.
Hopefully those of you that have raised tickets are getting similar messages?
Sure, but remember this is for Windows and maybe tailored to whatever happened in “my” crash so it may not apply to whatever is going on with your crash yet. Caveat emptor.
