DxO PL 9.12.1 update - Dust removal in update?

Hi - updated to PL 9.12.1 yesterday.

in the notes attached to the PL 9.12.1 update Dxo States;-

  • Bug Fixes - …. AI dust removal now works as expected on computers using an Intel Graphics cards.

I have an Intel ARC 140T GPU and can’t find anything relating to AI dust removal after upgrading to PL 9.12.1.

I have seen suggestions that on PL10 this feature can be accessed as an option by using the retouch tool?

any advice or clarifications will be graetly welcomed

As I responded to your post in a different thread, this appears to be a documentation error on DxO’s part. Dust removal is a new feature in PL10. It is not available in PL9. The release information posted for PL 10.1 is identical to the release information for PL 9.12.1 which corrects for issues as a result of the problematic NVIDIA driver 616.56, I am guessing that they copied the same text to the release documentation of both versions and inadvertently forgot to remove PL 10 only references for PL 9.12.1.
