In the History palette for an edited image, the only thing I see for Advanced History is “Loaded sidecar”. If I Copy Correction Settings from the edited image and Paste Correction Settings to a different image, I can see the history in the expanded palette of Pasted corrected settings.
The sidecar files are in the same folder as the images and this problem occurs on very recent images (on 2025-04-14, for example, I created a folder, moved some raw images into the folder, edited two images and both now simply state “Loaded sidecar”.
I made a lot of edits to a lot of images and I’d like to see them forever. I believe this problem started when I updated to 8.5.0.
