When using Copy Adjustments, and the “Denoising and Demosaicing” panel is included in the list of adjustments to be copied-and-pasted, here’s my question: If I elect to include that part of the adjustments, does the noise reduction apply itself IN ADDITION TO or does it REPLACE the previous adjustments made prior to using “Copy Adjustments”? In other words, if I already did noise reduction prior to Copy Adjustments, does it add further noise reduction or replace the previous adjustment? I hope this is clear…
Any setting made in your preset OVERWRITES setting on the target photo.

Yes, it replaces the previous settings. Anything in the preset OVERWRITES existing settings.
Remember that you can also create partial presets where only specified settings are stored in the preset. Anything NOT in the partial preset is left in their existing state.
