Because of ISP Issues I need to change the email address associated with both my forum account and my DXO shop account. Has anyone else had to do this and if so how did you achieve it?
In the forum, you can change your email address via the ‘Preferences’ section in your profile.
Similarly, in your shop account, the ‘My profile’ section allows you to change your email address.
Thank you for the suggestion. I must be missing something. I can see my email address in preferences, but this is not an editable field, for me at least. How do I enable editing?
I think it may be tied to your shop account. Did you try changing it there and see if it affects the forum login ?
Thanks for the suggestion. I have changed the email in the shop without difficulty but this does not seem to filter through to the forum. Have messaged one of the admins to see if they can help
Interesting. It’s no longer editable for me either, yet I changed my forum email within my profile only a few months ago.
