Canvas size & drop shadow

I Folks, When I exported an image from Photoshop for posting on Facebook, I increased the canvas and put a drop shadow on the image through effects. Can you do something similar in PhotoLab 9?

If you have the DxO FilmPack add-on for Photolab then you can add a frame to your image, there’s a decent selection to choose from but I’m not sure any are specifically a drop shadow:
