Can somebody please assist. Over the last few days DXO 10 seems to freeze when opening. I have both 9 and 10 and have no issues opening version 9, but version 10 gets as far as the screenshot below and then hangs. I have to shut down a few times and then try to re-open, but this no longer works.
Try the following
- quit PL
- rename its database files
- start PL
When PL starts, it looks for a database. If there is none that fits its version, PL imports the database from an older version of PL.
Thank you - took a while to find where the database was hidden but seems to work now.
