Can't install 5.5 from 5.4

Hi DXO team, here we go again - now i can’t somehow install 5.5 from my 5.4. the installer stalled and rolled back…I have download the installer twice…can you please advise what is the lucky number of downloads for a successful install of the 5.5 version.

plugin photoshop deactivate and it’s ok to me.
