I usually come here to post bugs or whatnot, but I also gotta give praise where it’s due. I have used every version of DxO PureRAW on my MacBook Pro M1 Max, and this latest update is easily the most reliable for me. It seems to have solved the issue where the choice of Lightroom collection jumps around or reverts to the default. Note: I had to delete all my custom presets and start over with them. But after that, PureRAW has been rock-solid, honoring my choices every time and sticking with them until told otherwise.
