1) Improve interaction with NIK 2) long loaded preview

)))
My catalog is divided by days of shooting , sometimes there are 2 - 3 thousand photos. I don’t want to make my catalog by hours)))))

it recalculates all photos in the folder, but it can recalculate all photos that are in the preview window, and the rest are slower and in the background.

It also tries to sort and recalculate them, so it jumps when the volume of photos is large. Although the previews could just show and recalculate them when you open the file.

I wonder if the engineers at the Dxo company read the forum?

Hi.

You would benefit from a real DAM as bridge between your thousands of photos per folder and the editing part in PL.

Your workload would decrease substantially.

Now I have an old Lightroom 6 and this is now DAM for me.

But everyone tells me how to get out of this situation, and I ask for a feature request so that PL itself does this for me.

That’s because this is a user forum, so users are doing there best to help you by suggesting a workaround for you because, sadly and disappointingly, users here have learnt that the chances of DxO of implementing a feature request made on this forum is low, very low.

thank you, now I understand… I will write directly to PL, I wonder what they will answer
