Film Pack 3 in Dxo Optics Pro Std.
« on: March 10, 2012, 05:14:51 pm »
I have the latest versions of Optics Pro Standard edition and Film Pack 3.

I can edit a photo in either one, but I can\'t go to Film Pack from inside Optics Pro.

I have greyed out options under the first menu choice, nothing else that I can see.

If you go in DxO Optics Pro 7 > DxO FilmPack > Activate DxO FilmPack 3 and enter your serial code, does it help?

>DxO Optics Pro 7 > DxO FilmPack > Activate DxO FilmPack 3
Is the part that is greyed out.

I deleted both programs, downloaded the latest versions and reinstalled them. Still the same. The only menu choices for Filmpack in Optics Pro are grey.

Thanks for your reply.

I have exactly the same problem, both upgrades but the options to activate FilmPack are grey and I cannot pick those.

If the activation options are greyed out, then it usually means that FilmPack is activated. You cannot "access" FilmPack in that you don't have to open a new window - you should simply have new options available in different palettes (Color rendering, Color modes, Grain, and also Channel mixer and Creative vignetting if you have the Expert edition)...
