What does Tonality/Intensity do?

What does Tonality/Intensity do?

I have looked in the documentation and there is no mention of what "intensity" means with regard to "tonality"?

It is quite different than contrast, that is for sure. Yet it somehow seems related.

Are there any more details to explain what is happening when you change the intensity from 0 to 100 to 200?

Thanking you in advanced,
Michael

From what I understood, like all other DxO sliders named "Intensity", it works a bit like the opacity slider of a Photoshop layer : it allows to adjust the strength of an effect.

Right you are -- I just verified this: Tri-x @ intensity = 0 is identical to HIE @ intensity = 0

Thanx
