local correction: bokeh
« on: April 03, 2018, 04:14:23 pm »
Hi,

I have a very classical picture: a flower in the middle of the picture and I would like to use the local correction (I use the German version, so I don't know if that the correct translation into English) "bokeh" the unsharp everything except the flower the middle. So I made some local corrections without bokeh, then I draw a new local correction only with bokeh over the entire picture and then I somehow tried to negate the bokeh for the flower. But it always negates the other corrections, too. Is there a way to get this working?

To negate the effect of the local control, create a new control while holding the Alt key (windows). I'm not sure what key to hold on a Mac.

- You can use the Auto Mask everywhere except on the flower. The system detect the outline.
- You can use the brush and then erase the flower accurately.
