Two features to improve.

DxO PhotoLab  Elite is definitely good as an overall. I'm very happy with it. I like default color handling, default results and settings are OK, great noise reduction (absolutely the best for me).
But as a Lightroom user I'd suggest focusing attention to better support of highlights and shadows recovery. In these tasks Lightroom is still noticeably better. Usually I can get similar effects in PhotoLab, but it requires a lot of work...
