What about a DPL plug-in for Bridge?
« on: March 17, 2018, 01:31:42 pm »
Hi all
I’ve been asking since the beginning for at least EXIF and IPTC display in DOP and DPL. I hope it’ll be implemented soon.
Actually I need much more: a DAM that would display the corrections made in DPL. Would it be complicated to make a DPL plug-in for Bridge? I wouldn't need correction tools.
Day dreaming is allowed, isn’t it?  ;)

I am afraid it doesn't fit into my budget, especially considering Bridge is free.

Frankly speaking, the corrected images thumbnails are available in the Cache of PL. It is true, the size of the thumbnail should enough for identify only. Such a Plugin for Bridge should use the latest thumbnails of PL and in case of enlargement needed, pop-up a window to request the bigger thumbnails in PL. It needs the File name to the long special name and folder path converter from PL.

The purpose would be: since DAM is not going to come to DPL then DPL could come to DAM.
