Hello,

Please, don't get upset! It's expected that intermediate versions like OP11.1/2/3/4... have minor changes and improvements. But the year does not ends in October  ;) Please, keep calm and wait a little bit longer - something highly demanded in the survey is coming...

Regards,
Svetlana G.

Most programs need a total reprogram after some years. If not you get the problems of Windows and others. Norton security has been re done at least twice as it become over bloated and we losing market. Lightroom is said to be undergoing a revamp to improve it if Dx just add to the existing program it will become defunct. As said programmers go and my son, a programmer, is used to the problem of old programs  and poor/old ways of programing. He finds it very difficult to trace the way changes have been done, clean them up etc as many programmers had there own"tricks" to get the most out of the existing hardware and operating systems. As these change and the programed goes no one knows what they did and it results in the need to re build from scratch the program.
Being hopeful may be this is why there is a delay in version 12, its being  produced anew to alow for the more fundamental changes many have been requesting over the years.

Svetlana, it sounds like you have inside knowledge! Are you speaking with any authority or speculation?

It could also be that the company is in financial trouble and is struggling to stay afloat, and it's the customer services that are the first casualties.

It was pointed out how long it has been without any input from any one from DxO. Sophie last posted on September 13, 2016 but the profile says Sophie was “ Active: October 02, 2017”. Unless there is someone else not very impressive DxO monitoring/imputing to the forums.

But I notice there is no longer an e-mail contact for Sophie may be she is no longer with DxO

I tried sending a question about this a few weeks back but only got an answer that asked me if it was a technical query which it clearly isn't. How do we send a "personal message" and to whom?

Looking at the members list there are a lot of DxO staff. Most haven't been logged as using the forums or did so many years ago. I would think as only a few have e-mil links most have long since left DxO. So indeed who would you contact and what do you ask, as its clear non are inputing or even looking at what we are posting.

On the top of this forum, there is in the head row MEMBERS. Click and select the Position. It will list the Administrators first. Select one or more. I see there are still existing the recent projects' developer members.

I did my job 6 months ago. The reply was not too optimistic. Let us see, someone else will be more successful.

Yep, I'm a DxO representative. I can't reveal anything about the coming version but I just ask you to wait a little bit and you'll see everything by yourselves.
